About therapy










I work mainly with a psychodynamic approach, recognising that current distress and experiences may be influenced by early life experiences. This approach allows you to understand yourself at a deeper level. In a safe, warm and nurturing environment, together we will work through the issues which are troubling you at your

own pace.


Through our developing relationship we will to explore what is making you unhappy, help you rediscover your own resources and embrace life in a new way.  Working through issues in this way can lead to a greater self-awareness and new ways of thinking, behaving and relating.

The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances:
