Hello and welcome.

Do you sometimes feel you can cope well with life’s challenges, but on other occasions you feel you might need a little help? This is when speaking to a counsellor like myself could be a really helpful and constructive action for you to take.

Whether you are suffering after a bereavement or divorce, whether you are experiencing panic attacks or relationship issues, general anxiety or depression, I can help you gain a better understanding of yourself and how to cope with your current situation.

A warm and supportive environment where you can talk

In a safe, warm and confidential environment, we will identify, explore and work through what’s troubling you. Through our relationship and by working together we will discover and develop new ways of approaching life that will serve you better – ways which are less compromised by the past.

When life’s road feels bumpier and then bumpier again, therapy can shine a light on the causes and the best way forward for you.
